Pica de Gallo

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 6-7 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut all the vegetables in small dice and add in bowl, mix well.  Then add the juice, salt and pepper, mix well and serve with your favorite chips, entree, or burrito.
  2. Happy Eating!
