Yield: 6 – 8 chicken breast Cooking and Prep Time: 15 minutes
- 6-8 boneless chicken breasts
- Rose’s Meat Rub
- Olive oil, for coating
- Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Season the chicken breasts with Rose’s Meat Rub.
- On a skillet add the olive oil (enough to coat the bottom only) and place the chicken breast, cover and let cook in medium-low heat until all of the oil and water (from chicken) absorbs (about 5-7 minutes). Make sure you turn the chicken breast from time to time for even cooking and to prevent charring.
- This technique keeps the chicken moist and juicy. Goes great on pasta, quesadillas, rice, sandwich bread, wraps, dips, or just on anything.
