Skillet Grilled Chicken

Yield: 6 – 8 chicken breast                                                    Cooking and Prep Time: 15 minutes

  1. Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.  Season the chicken breasts with Rose’s Meat Rub.
  2. On a skillet add the olive oil (enough to coat the bottom only) and place the chicken breast, cover and let cook in medium-low heat until all of the oil and water (from chicken) absorbs (about 5-7 minutes).  Make sure you turn the chicken breast from time to time for even cooking and to prevent charring.
  3. This technique keeps the chicken moist and juicy.  Goes great on pasta, quesadillas, rice, sandwich bread, wraps, dips, or just on anything.
  4. Happy Eating!

NOTE: I prefer to season the chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 days to absorb all the flavors
